Ethics Committee of Sport Science

Is my research project ethically permissible? With this question, scientists can contact the local ethics committee of the faculty.

For the assessment, the independent commission considers the ethical guidelines of the relevant professional associations as well as the ethical principles for sport science.

The process

For general information regarding the procedure (process, duration, content-related aspects, persons responsible for applications, etc.), please refer to the regulations of the Ethics Committee. Submission of ethics applications is possible at any time; these are processed until the next middle of the month (the reference date is the 15th). Therefore, please submit your application at least six to eight weeks before the scheduled start of a research project (measurements, investigations, surveys).
