In the swimming pool you will receive helpful feedback on all the disciplines tested there and can perform them under original conditions: swimming strokes, diving, time heats and diving from the 1m board

On the respective Sundays, you can get feedback on badminton, volleyball, high jump, shot put and all gymnastics disciplines. In good weather, sprinting and long jump are also offered.

No registration is required.
We ask for your understanding that only participants are allowed to enter the sports facilities. Accompanying persons are asked to spend the time in the city or in the neighbourhood. We are happy to provide tips on this!
